If an independent assay of your lot returns below the purity stated on the Certificate of Analysis we filed for that lot, we will replace the item or refund it.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Report within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund the affected items.

What is not returnable

Opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned, for research-integrity and safety reasons.
We do not provide refunds for misuse of a product or use contrary to our Terms.

Return shipping

Except where an item is defective or shipped in error, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility and is not included in the refunded amount.

Non-deliverable / restricted-jurisdiction orders

Orders that cannot be delivered, or that are destined for a restricted jurisdiction, are cancelled and refunded (less any shipping already incurred).

How refunds are issued

Cryptocurrency payments are refunded to the originating wallet in the equivalent stablecoin amount.
