Shipping Policy

Ship-from: Indiana, USA.

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states). We do not ship internationally at this time, and we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO or other military addresses.

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Packaging & handling: Orders ship in plain, unmarked, discreet packaging with tracking. Material ships lyophilized to preserve integrity, with cold-pack handling where required.

Rates: Shipping rates and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout.

Restricted jurisdictions: Certain compounds are restricted by state. Orders destined for a restricted jurisdiction may be blocked at checkout, or cancelled and refunded (less any shipping already incurred). You are responsible for confirming that a product is lawful to receive at your address.

Lost or damaged shipments: Contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can help.
