Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states). We do not ship internationally at this time, and we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO or other military addresses.
Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Packaging & handling: Orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with tracking. Material ships lyophilized to preserve integrity, with cold-pack handling where required.
Carriers & tracking: Orders ship by USPS Priority Mail (typically 1–3 business days in transit, not guaranteed). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the label is created, and tracking is also available under My Account → Orders.
Rates: Flat-rate shipping is $12.50 per order within the US, and orders of $150 or more ship free. Every order ships USPS Priority Mail at both rates. Rates are confirmed at checkout.
Restricted jurisdictions: Certain compounds are restricted by state. Orders destined for a restricted jurisdiction may be blocked at checkout, or cancelled and refunded (less any shipping already incurred). You are responsible for confirming that a product is lawful to receive at your address.
