1. Eligibility & acceptance

By using this site or placing an order, you represent that you are 21+, that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Research Use Only Disclaimer, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, and that you are entering into a binding agreement.

2. Research use only

All products sold on this website are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research, chemical assay, and educational purposes only. They are:

Not for human consumption and not for veterinary or animal use;
Not supplements, foods, food additives, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, or household chemicals;
Not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use of any kind; and
Not evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

SigmaStacks is not a pharmacy and does not dispense prescription medications.

3. Prohibited uses & misuse

Under no circumstances may any product be introduced into the body of any human or animal. Any ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or clinical or in-vivo administration is an explicit misuse, is strictly prohibited, and may violate applicable law. You alone are responsible for any consequence of such misuse.

4. Qualified-researcher warranty

By purchasing, you warrant and represent that you are affiliated with a legitimate laboratory, university, research institution, or commercial research facility, and that you possess the technical proficiency, facilities, and safety training required to handle research chemicals safely and lawfully. Misrepresenting your status or intended use is a fraudulent act for which you may be held legally liable. SigmaStacks reserves the right to conduct due-diligence screening and to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

5. Assumption of risk & buyer responsibility

You acknowledge that research chemicals carry significant hazards and that you are fully aware and knowledgeable about the health, safety, handling, and regulatory considerations for the products you purchase. You assume all responsibility and risk for the safe and lawful handling, storage, use, and disposal of the products, and for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

6. Legal compliance & restricted jurisdictions

You are solely responsible for determining whether a given product is lawful to purchase, possess, and use in your location. Certain compounds are restricted by state or country. SigmaStacks may block, cancel, or refund any order destined for a restricted jurisdiction, and may decline to sell any product to any person at its discretion.

7. No resale or redistribution

Products are sold for your own research use only. You may not resell, redistribute, relabel, repackage, or otherwise transfer any product to a third party without our prior written authorization.

8. No warranty

Except for the purity represented in the applicable Certificate of Analysis (COA), all products are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SigmaStacks’ total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any product or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. In no event shall SigmaStacks be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SigmaStacks and its owners, officers, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or connected with your handling, storage, use, misuse, or distribution of any product, or your breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

11. Governing law & changes
